Discord moderation bot with real case files — Armory Bot

Armory Bot is a free Discord moderation bot built for gaming clans and busy Servers that need receipts, not guesswork. Every enforcement action lands on the Member's record as a numbered Case, so your team always knows who did what, when, and why.

The all-in-one Discord bot for gaming clans — moderation, leveling, economy, and RPG campaigns in one bot, with an optional AI sidekick. Everything's free; the AI is the only upsell.

Every action is a numbered Case

Warn, kick, ban, softban, tempban, timeout, and untimeout all run through one consistent surface, and each one is logged as a numbered Case against the Member. You can view, list, and update a Case's reason later, pull moderation stats, export or import history, and leave internal moderator notes that Members never see.

That case-file model is what separates real moderation from a pile of ad-hoc bans. When a dispute comes up, you open the Member's history and read the whole story — every Warning, every timeout, every note — instead of scrolling channels hoping to remember. The full command surface, including purge filters, lockdown, slowmode, and the raid-time massban helper, is documented in the Moderation System reference.

Automod that never sleeps

Your moderators can't watch every channel at 3 a.m., so Armory Bot's automod does. Bad-word filters, spam controls, and mention limits catch the obvious offenders automatically and can hand out timeouts or warnings without a human in the loop. Exemptions keep trusted roles and channels out of the net. Tune the thresholds and word lists on the Moderation Config dashboard page.

A full audit trail

Moderation is only as trustworthy as its paper trail. Armory Bot writes a complete audit log of message edits and deletes, member joins and leaves, role changes, and every moderator action, routed to the channels you choose. Nothing important disappears quietly, and long messages are preserved instead of truncated.

Configure on the web, act in Discord

Set your rules once on the web Dashboard — with live previews and validation — then act in the moment with slash commands where the action actually happens. That "configure on the web, act in Discord" split keeps setup calm and enforcement fast. Fine-grained access is handled by the permission system, so you can grant mod or cases power to exactly the roles you trust, no more.

Want a playbook rather than a reference? The moderation best-practices guide walks through escalation ladders, warning thresholds, and how to keep a large clan orderly without burning out your staff.

Free to add, ready in minutes

There's no moderation paywall here — the entire stack above ships in the free bot. The only paid tier is the optional AI Agent. Add Armory Bot, open the Dashboard, and your Server has case-backed moderation before your next raid.
